Citizen Ethics and Tutoring
The Organization serve the Community since 2016 including Tutoring Center for K-12. With the purposes of helping them not only learn and practice being good morality, responsibilities and duties as well as knowledge in school.
Cultural Education – Lunar New Year
Since 2017, IOTTCE with the cooperation of Zeyen Elementary School hold Vietnamese Lunar New Year events to share Vietnamese cultural and artistic heritage in education as well as to promote unity and cultural diversity in Southern California and beyond.
Cultural Education – Mid-Autumn
IOTTCE with the cooperation of Zeyen Elementary School since 2017 and Gilbert Elementary School since 2018 and Vietnamese Community of Southern Californians (VietSocal) hold Vietnamese Mid-Autumn annual events to share Vietnamese cultural and artistic heritage in education.
